| | | | | | | | Robert J. Beck |  | Robert Beck is Contributing Economics Editor for Oil & Gas Journal. He joined the magazine in 1979, performing economic analysis, industry forecasting, and statistical presentation. In 1984, he established the Oil & Gas Journal Energy Database, the largest private energy statistics database in the world. Prior to joining the Journal, Beck was a member of the corporate planning department of the Oil Service Company of Iran (OSCO). A member of the National Association of Business Economists and the International Association for Energy Economics, he is also listed in the 1995 through 2000 editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World, and Who's Who in the South and Southwest. Beck received a B.S. in economics in 1961 and an M.S. in international economics in 1965 at the University of Wisconsin.
