He began his career with Geophysical Service, Inc. in Dallas before moving to Halliburton and then to Western Geophysical, both in Houston. Fisher earned a BS and MS in Physics from Oklahoma State University. He is a member of Society of Exploration Geophysicists and Geophysical Society of Houston.
