Professor Moffett received a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.S. in Resource Economics from Colorado State University, an M.A. in Economics and a
Ph.D. in International Financial Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Professor Moffett’s primary areas of teaching and research expertise are in multinational financial management, focusing on the financial demands of the global oil and gas industry.
