| | | | | | | | John Elting Treat |  | John E. Treat is vice president of Booz-Allen and is responsible for management consulting to the international petroleum industry. His recent work includes assignments for national and international companies in North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Mr. Treat received degrees in international economics from Princeton and John Hopkins University. He has served in a variety of of senior positions in the U.S. Government, including the position of White House energy adviser as a member of the National Securtiy Council Staff under Presidents Carter and Reagan and Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Affairs in the U.S. Department of Energy.
