One of the Best
"Step up and Lead" by Frank Viscuso needs to be on every Officer or aspiring officers bookshelf. Frank has put together and extremely readable narrative that lays out who are leaders, what traits to look for in leaders, skills that leaders need, and what costumer service really looks like. He has a great perspective of being and having been one of those leaders we all aspire to be. He has not stopped learning and clearly the reads want to continue to learn. Even if you don't find something new when you read this book the first time, read it again, you missed something.
