| | | | | | | | Armando Navarro |  | Armando Navarro, president of Envico Inc., Lafayette, LA, has worked in the U.S. oil and gas industry since 1984, most of that time for ARCO Oil & Gas Company. With bachelors degrees in physics and civil engineering, Navarro was named a senior production/reservoir engineer in 1991 at ARCO, with responsibility for well design and environmental project management for all wells in Southeast Texas. Navarro has frequently provided expert testimony at Texas Railroad Commission unitization hearings.
In 1992, Navarro formed his own environmental consulting company, Envico, which provides all aspects of environmental planning and design services. He is a member of Society of Petroleum Engineers and American Association of Drilling Engineers and has been published in SPE proceedings and Oil & Gas Journal.
